Pluto in Aquarius 20th November

Pluto is changing signs for the first time in 15 years, heralding a new dawn, a new era, for all. On November 20th, we embark on a new chapter. This moment in our collective journey is marked by significant shifts in consciousness and awareness, as we embrace opportunities for growth like never before. When we look to the outer planets—like Pluto—we can identify the collective themes that shape our experiences over the course of 15 years or more. These planetary movements reflect deeper, underlying currents that influence societal changes and personal transformations. Looking to these planets can tell us very specific themes and undercurrents we move through as a society.

Remarkably, on the 20th of November, we find ourselves on the precipice of this change: Pluto, the transformative outer planet that delves into realms of alchemy, shadow, depth, and exposure, is transitioning into Aquarius, officially remaining there until 2043. Thus, we are currently experiencing the final degrees of Pluto in Capricorn—what we like to call anaretic degrees. This term signifies that when a planet hits that crucial 29th degree, just before it takes the plunge into the next sign, the intensity cranks up to eleven and three quarters. Energy: Culmination, Intensity, Transformation, Big Bang, Anticipation, Shadow Work, Catharsis, Release, Growth Transition, Potential and Awakening. In these final moments (2 weeks or so leading up to the 20th), we find ourselves at a culmination point—a big bang, if you will—where the energy is thick and charged with potential. This period can bring both catharsis and awakening, pushing us to confront the shadows we've been avoiding and encouraging us to transform what no longer aligns as a species. It's a wild ride as we prepare to step into the next chapter. So, what’s the point? What has the journey of Pluto in Capricorn meant? What does it symbolise, and for goodness’ sake, what have we learned?

Well, perhaps it’s going to take some time to fully integrate these massive shifts, as Pluto, being the slow-moving giant that it is, insists we really grasp the lessons before moving on. After all, this planet is all about evolution beyond belief. So, what are the themes we’ve uncovered? What gems have we extracted from this transformative journey? First, let’s look at the dates: (AEDT date and time) Jan. 26, 2008–June 15, 2008, Nov. 28, 2008–March 23, 2023, June 12, 2023 to January 22, 2024, September 3, 2024 to November 20, 2024. Capricorn, a remarkable sign with its own unique polarity, embodies both structure and ambition. At its highest vibration, Capricorn is the contributor, elevating new ideas and projects in the most grounded way possible. However, when we have a planet like Pluto—whose role is to uncover deep truths within society—we must examine Pluto in Capricorn through the lens of what we are letting go of and what requires rebirth. Pluto in Capricorn has illuminated the fact that the old ways just aren’t cutting it anymore. Hierarchies and power dynamics have been challenged and scrutinised, and the status quo is definitely undergoing a transformation. This shift particularly affects how we work, generate income, make decisions, and evolve as a species. It's a call to reassess our structures and priorities, pushing us to redefine what success looks like in this rapidly changing landscape. Like the story of Osiris in ancient Egyptian mythology, we are called to dive deep into the underworld of our societal structures to rediscover what has been buried. Just as Osiris
